Lone Oak, Texas, just an hour from Dallas at Wind Point Park, a 180-acre private RV park and resort, is home to the annual Turkey Drag Car and Truck Show. Lone Oak, which has a recorded population of 598 residents, saw 857 registered vehicles and nearly 2,000 spectators for the busy weekend show. Although the temperatures were in the mid 50s, even the cold weather couldn’t deter the dedicated truck enthusiasts. Dozens of vendors were on site with merchandise at every turn, including TX Flow Pros LLC, Lone Star Barrels, Dynamic Conceptz, Kutomz Ink Klothing, Jack Fleming Art, Unique Audio Concepts, Big Wash Detail, North Texas Scarface Mix, Full Throttle Texas, Boujee Babes Boutique, and Texas Racing League.Subscribe to our weekly newsletter Locos BBQ, Cajun Ben’s Crawfish & Catering, Spurs Griddle, El Antojito, and Round ‘Em Coffee kept everybody’s stomachs filled and fed throughout the weekend. A $1,600 donation of proceeds from Turkey Drag was given to the Lone Oak Police Department for its Blue Santa program. With an abundance of Toyota mini-trucks that entered the show, Street Trucks staff was able to get them together for a group shot.
