Street Trucks Magazine’s Show Off Series Stage 4

Partying with Big Daddy Don Garlits in Ocala, FL

Stage 4 of the Street Trucks’ Showoff Series was kick-butt thanks to the hard-working members on our team here at Engaged Media and the crew at Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing in Ocala, Florida. What better place to hold a truck show than at such a legendary automotive staple!

With a Best of Show $2,500 grand prize and more than 40 hand-painted custom trophies by Jason from Feltham Fab, the show had quite the turnout. Some great trucks and even better people came out to support the event and compete for their shot at grabbing the Best of Show purse and the cover of Street Trucks magazine.

The winning truck ended up Mike Barcia’s insanely detailed “No Compromise” 1996 Chevy 3500 dually build. Second place went to Mike Hill with his 1991 Ford Explorer, and coming in third place was Chucksee’s Chevy Apache.

Everyone who came out to the show took a free tour of the Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing. It’s really hard to explain just how historic and awesome it is walking around and looking at all of those amazing machines they created over the years and the amount of power they could push through back then. Keep an eye on StreetTrucksMag.com, and stay tuned for the next stop!
