Before the auction, a complete reveal will be held at SEMA 2023 in the Engaged Media vendor booth, located in Hot Rod Alley. We are currently in the teardown process, which isn’t exactly exciting content, so until our custom-built pro touring-style truck frame arrives, only short updates will be dished out. When the chassis does arrive, you can be sure there will be quite a bit of buzz online. We highly encourage you to follow our social channels and YouTube channel for active updates. Until then, let’s get up-to-date. Time for the cab to come off the old frame so it can be sandblasted and primered when the new frame arrives. Our LMC body panels have all arrived and not one item has a single scratch or dent. Shipping and handling has come a long way over the years. A quick inventory check revealed a few forgotten items, but luckily we have enough time to make a new order with LMC before the big reveal at SEMA 2023. Inside the cab, Mike Bellow removed the seats and steering, as well as all the wiring in the truck. Everything is going to be replaced! Disconnecting the steering shaft and joint will be the last item before the cab can come off. This frame is going to be used on a different project, so we will put it out back for now. I bet most of our readers have said that before! We are getting back to work as our deadline is fast approaching. Be sure to stay in the loop on this great charity build and we will see you at the auction!
