We held the 3D printed installation tool in place to mark where to cut and drill. You can see the cut lines that were drawn onto the original metal. We cut on the lines and cleaned up the edges. The billet bezel was then fit into place (the dash might have to be filed for a perfect fit). Next, we drilled out the mounting holes. This choice of material not only ensures longevity, but also adds a touch of sophistication to the truck’s interior, blending with the classic aesthetics that F-Series owners cherish. This is what it looked like prior to installing the bezel. Here is what the bezel install looked like completed. It works with all 7-inch double DIN radios and A/C knobs. Photo Credit: SOLOS MFG.
