AS SEEN IN OUR AUGUST 2026 ISSUE – Buy Now!

Info From an Industry Insider

As we place the finishing touches on the August 2026 issue of Street Trucks, I am reminded we only have three more months until SEMA. I am always curious what the trends will be in the custom truck world as we get close to the highly attended trade show.

My gut feeling is continued nostalgic trends that tie back into the 1990s as it relates to old body style (OBS) trucks.

OBS trucks

My gut feeling is continued nostalgic trends that tie back into the 1990s as it relates to old body style (OBS) trucks. How awesome was it to see Carey Bewley’s OBS on the cover of our July 2026 issue? Talk about a timeless build that still resonates nearly 30 years later!

Now that is what we call OG! Don’t forget to subscribe to your favorite truck magazine at StreetTrucksMag.com. Until next month, keep on cruising, and don’t forget to check out OLP, via scanning the QR code, for more truck-inspired content.

Stay On Da Rise!
Peace, Jason ODB
