Welcome back to the Storyteller Series, where every build has a backstory—and every mile tells it.

Meet Jack Fire, Jeth Gonzales’s killer 1963 Chevy C10 out of California. Inspired by a buddy’s shop truck, this slick red beauty took eight months and $70K to bring to life. Sitting low on 22-inch GM Transport wheels, with Airmaxx bags and a Grunion big notch underneath, this truck tucks hard and rides smooth.

Under the hood, Jeth went with a 5.3L Vortec L33, ditched the EFI for a Holley carb swap, added a Texas Speed cam, and ran custom exhaust with Flowmasters for that deep street rumble. Interior’s just as dialed with diamond-stitched leather, billet touches, and a stereo setup that keeps the vibes right.

Jack Fire has already hit shows like C10 Intervention, C10 SLO Down, and Hot August Nights—and Jeth’s not done yet. Next up? Full GSI suspension and an Accuair upgrade.

If you’re thinking of building your own C10… take Jeth’s advice: “Buy once, cry once.”
