Living the Life and Printing the Passion

As this issue hits mailboxes, we’re loading up and getting ready to head west for the yearly SEMA Show in Las Vegas. It’s that time again for truck owners all across the country with late nights spent in the shop, last-minute detailing, and long hauls to Sin City, where the best builders in the world show off their latest creations. If you’re making the trip this year, we hope to run into you out there. Come say hey and tell us what you’ve been wrenching on. We love meeting the readers who keep this scene alive.

we’ve got an S-10 that defines what it means to build with passion. Every panel, every weld, and every detail tells the story of late nights and busted knuckles, and that’s exactly why we put it front and center.

On the cover this month, we’ve got an S-10 that defines what it means to build with passion. Every panel, every weld, and every detail tells the story of late nights and busted knuckles, and that’s exactly why we put it front and center. We’re also bringing you a look at Rob Green’s “Pot O’ Gold”—a diesel-powered bread truck that proves custom builds don’t have to fit into any mold. Then, we hit the road to Brooksville, Florida, to tour Monster Transmission’s facility and see how their performance gearboxes are built from the ground up. And of course, we’ve got full coverage from some of the hottest shows of the summer, including Scrapin’ the Coast and Texas Heat Wave, where the trucks were laid out, the music was loud, and the asphalt was cooking.

As always, we want to know what you’re working on. What projects are you turning wrenches on in your driveway? What events are on your calendar for the 2026 season? Shoot me an email at chamilton@engaged.media. You might just see your ride in an upcoming issue. Until next time, keep it low, loud, and most importantly, keep it custom!
