By filling out and submitting this tech sheet form I authorize Engaged Media and anyone acting under the authority or permission of said company, to make, and copyright photographs of me and/or property owned by me, and to use or distribute together or separately in both printed and electronic media fashions, including web site, video, print and social media postings. I warrant that I am of full age and have the right and am free to give this permission, authorization, consent, waiver, and release which I have fully read and understand.
