The 2025 Solos Beach Bonanza once again proved that classic Ford trucks are the heart and soul of the automotive community. Held in stunning Key Largo, Florida, this year’s event was bigger, better, and more unforgettable than ever. From the perfect tropical weather to the incredible trucks on display, Solos Beach Bonanza has become a must-attend event for Ford truck enthusiasts.
Among the standout vehicles was Tom Bennett’s 1961 F-100 unibody, a true classic that drew attention for its pristine condition and unique styling. The unibody design is a rare and beloved piece of Ford history, and Tom’s truck was the perfect example of how to lay one out using the GSI chassis and a 5.0 Coyote. Seeing this truck on the shores of Gilbert’s Resort was a reminder of the timeless appeal of the F-Series.
Another incredible truck that turned heads at the event was Sergio Cueto’s 1960 F-850 crew cab. This massive 1-ton truck showcased the power and beauty of the larger Ford models. The crew cab configuration made this truck not only a practical workhorse but a stunning showpiece as well. Sergio’s F-850 was a fan favorite, with many attendees marveling at its vintage charm and substantial presence.
Also on display was Juanky’s 2024 F-150, bridging the past and future of Ford trucks. Though this newer F-150 was a departure from the classic trucks surrounding it, Juanky’s truck represented the ongoing evolution of Ford’s iconic lineup. The truck’s modern design, paired with cutting-edge technology, showed how Ford trucks continue to innovate while staying true to their roots. Juanky’s presence at the event sparked great conversations about the blending of classic and contemporary F-Series trucks.
The variety of trucks on display this year truly showcased the broad spectrum of Ford’s F-Series legacy. From the vintage beauty of Tom’s 1961 F-100 unibody to the sheer power of Sergio’s F-850 crew cab and the future-forward design of Juanky’s 2024 F-150, Solos Beach Bonanza proved that the Ford truck community is united by a shared love of innovation, craftsmanship, and a passion for the road.
