The performance package will boost the Ranger’s 2.3L turbocharged four-banger mill from the stock 270hp to a more respectable 350hp, about the same as the Ford Focus RS. It will also be quicker by 1.3 seconds in the 0-60 time, while putting out 75 lb-ft more torque.

The upgrades consists of a new high-flow intake and cat-back exhaust, combined with ECU tuning. For aesthetics, owners can outfit their new Veloci-Ranger with custom offroad bumpers and wider fender flares, with matching 17-inch rims wrapped in beefy 33-inch rubber.

The whole package can be combined with Hennessey’s Stage 1 offroad suspension kit, which provides a 4-inch lift over the stock ride height.

The Hennessey Ranger VelociRaptor upgrade package will cost $19,950 exclusive of shipping. As always, it will be covered by the company’s excellent 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first.

If you’re looking to boost your Ranger to Focus RS-levels of grunt, then you better hurry: Hennessey says the kit will be limited to 500 trucks this year.
